How to order

Click on the product you want to buy and choose 'Add to Cart'.

If you want more than one copy of a product, please correct the number in the basket and click 'Refresh'.

If you have not already been set up as a customer in our system, please do so now.

Select 'New Customer' and select the type of customer you are.

Please fill in your name, address and e-mail address. The fields marked with a red asterisk are required. Academic Books uses your phone number as a customer number.

Note: We use your e-mail address to send you a receipt once you've confirmed your order.

You can now complete your order. Should the goods be delivered to another address than the billing address, you can correct delivery address.

Choose the delivery method and payment method.

Confirm your order.

If you choose to have the goods sent, you can go to the payment page where you can enter your card number.

Note: Your card information via academicbooks.dk is channelled by DIBS on a secure, encrypted connection. In this way, neither the employees of Academic Books or unauthorized will have access to your card information.

When the message "Thank you for your order" appears on the screen, your order went through.

You can now print the order confirmation.

Academic Books also sends an order confirmation to your e-mail address. Both can be used as receipts in our stores and on academicbooks.dk. Bring your receipt when you retrieve your goods in one of our stores.

Do not forget your receipt if you wish to return an item in one of Academic Books' stores. If you return the product by mail, please also enclose a copy of your receipt.

If you have selected to retrieve your goods in one of our stores, you will get a message from the store by e-mail as soon as they have prepared you order for pickup. If the price of the book has changed significantly compared to which was reported in the order confirmation, you will be asked per e-mail if you still want the book.
