When John Lightfoot volunteered to work undercover for British Customs among the drug barons in Spain, his life-threatening work led to the destruction of narcotics with a street value of several million pounds. Living a luxurious lifestryle among the drug barons, he gained their confidence and worked on many of their operations. He gathered and passed to British Customs vital information on the dealers, traffiking methods, routes, shipment details and deliveries. At any time his cover could have been blown, followed by sudden and violent retribution. This is his story.
