What is the difference between Postens erhvervspakker and Postens privatpakker?
Postens erhvervspakker (Business packages) are delivered to a business address, i.e. to an address where a CVR number is registered, for example, your workplace. Postens privatpakker (Private packages) are delivered to a private address. There are different prices for delivery of business packages and private packages.
How long does the delivery of my order take?
It depends on the delivery time of the individual items on your order, which you can see in the web shop and on your order confirmation. We ship your goods together, so your order will be shipped with the same delivery times. As a rule, you should count on the longest expected delivery time for your total order. When your order is shipped from us, you will typically receive it with PostNord's package mail next weekday.
How do I know exactly when my package will arrive?
Once your order is packed and shipped from us, you will receive an invoice and a Track & Trace number so you can follow the package. You can also view your Track & Trace number on your order list on My Page.
I have not received a Track & Trace number
You will receive a Track & Trace number when your order is packed and shipped from us. You will receive it in an email with your invoice. If you received this mail without a Track & Trace number, and you cannot see it in your order list on My Page, you can contact customer service to help investigate the matter.
Can I pick up my order in the store?
When placing your order, you can choose this – And it’s free! You simply select "pick up" as delivery form in the box and then you can choose which store to pick up in. You will receive an email when your books are ready for pickup.
Do I get the books faster if I pick up my order in the store?
In some cases, you may be lucky that it is a little faster than sending the books if the book is already in stock at the store you want to pick up. However, the delivery time stated on the item is valid - This also applies when you choose pickup in store.
How do I pay when I order online and pick up in the store?
When you order books for pickup, you complete the payment in the web shop, but the money will first be deducted from your payment card when you pick up the goods and the transaction is completed.
Can I have my order sent abroad?
We would like to send you orders abroad, but we ask that you contact customer service for ordering. You cannot create an order for delivery abroad here in the web shop. Pay attention to delivery prices and the different VAT rules for shipping abroad and differences inside and outside the EU so you do not get an expensive surprise!
How do you deliver e-books?
E-books are provided as a link to download the e-book. The link can be found on My page in the list of your purchased books. If you have not received it within 10 minutes of completing your order and payment, please contact customer service, as there may be a technical error.
How are gift certificates delivered?
Gift certificates we send as a regular mail with PostNord without shipping costs for you.
