The attached annotated proposed table of contents identifies the intended revisions. All the chapters in the second edition will be updated, especially the tables and figures in Chapters 3, 4, 13 (old Chapter 12), and 15 (old Chapter 13).  New material will be added to the discussion of financial modeling in Chapter 11 (old Chapter 10) and international debt financing in Chapter 13 (old Chapter 12), and the case studies in Chapters 17-20 (old Chapters 15-18) will be brought up-to-date.  There will be two new chapters: the analysis and financing of sustainable projects (new Chapter 6) and sharia-compliant (Islamic) project financing (new Chapter 14).
