You can pick up your online orders in the book shop closest to you, e.g., at your educational institution. By doing this, you save the shipping costs. 

If you wish to pick up your order in one of our shops, please choose "Pick up in store" when going through the checkout flow. You can then choose which store you want to pick up the book from.

You pay for your order with a payment card in the webshop when you order for pick up in store. The money will only be debited from your card when the transaction is completed and you have collected your order from the store. It is free to choose collection as the delivery method, however, payment fees may apply for online payment by card.

You can pick up your order as soon as you receive an email saying that your books are ready for pickup. You will receive the e-mail within 1 to 4 working days, depending on whether the books are in stock in the book shop. Please be aware that it may take up to 10 days for a book from a foreign publisher to reach our bookshop. 

Once you have received an email stating that your books are ready for pickup, you have 5 working days to pick them up. Feel free to contact us to make other arrangements if you are unable to pick up your order within 5 working days. 

Please note: During the beginning of the semester, your books will only be available for pickup for 3 weekdays.
